Tjaša: "I
hold my first workshop in 1996. The Gallery - Cultural Foundation Fondazione Villa Benzi Zecchin from nearby Venice, Italy organized my first personal exhibition. And with the
intention to
promote my first show they also organized painting workshops conducted by me.
I liked the experience very much. And the summer after that I organized my
first workshop in Tuscany. Since than I made a long way. I hold today up to 15
workshops per year at different locations as in Italy, France and Slovenia. In 15 years of career I had participants of many
professions from all 6 continents and from about 25 countries...
Most of my participants are
from United
States, Canada and European countries. But I had participants also from
Australia, New Zeland, South Africa,
Belize, Argentina, Anguilla, Israel,
China, Hong
Kong, Singapore,
Lebanon as from Great Britain, The Netherlands, Italy, Ireland,
Switzerland, Romania, Germany,
Macedonia, Norway, France..."
.... and many who
returned second, third and even for the fifth time."
Please note that the workshops are as well opened to patrons of art who want
to support the work of Tjaša Iris. By giving a
donation – a financial aid to help fund one of the future Tjaša’s
art exhibitions and art projects, you will be granted a workshop. Here is
a LIST of the exhibitions that you can help fund.
Your
donations are tax deductible. Also in the past centuries, there would never
be great artists without great patrons of art – who supported their art.
“There would be no Renaissance without the Medici family” as Tjaša says. All doners will be publicly named in Tjaša’s next published catalogue (unless they
want to remain anonymous) as well as on the web site under the project that
they help fund.
