Villa Flora is a family residency
since year 1820. An ancient home full of charm with preserved atmospheres
of the past. It is as well home to Slovenian painter Tjaša Iris. Rooms
are furnished with art and antiques. A big secluded calm garden will be at
your disposition at the back of the villa.
Sleeps from 2 up to 12 persons in 6 bedrooms.

- A WING OF THE VILLA. SLEEPS 2 - 4 persons
(in 1 or 2 double rooms,
one big bathroom, corridor, balcony, use of the garden, all rooms are situated
on the first floor). 250 - 590 Euros per week.
IMPORTANT!
Please note that this two double rooms
have very fragile antique furniture of cultural and historical importance. For
this reason these two rooms are not rented out to children, but are only
available for adults.

use of the garden, (the whole ground floor). 495 - 690 Euros per week.
For 6 - 7 persons:

- AN APARTMENT THAT SLEEPS 10 – 12
persons in 6 bedrooms (three double rooms, one triple room with private bath, two single rooms
and one dinning room with kitchen sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee
maker, 3 bathrooms in total, use of the garden, balcony, rooms are situated on
the whole ground floor and two double rooms on the first floor). 890 - 1290 Euros per week.
IMPORTANT!
Please note that the two double rooms on
the first floor have very fragile antique furniture of cultural and historical
importance. For this reason these two rooms are not rented out to children, but
are only available for adults.
There is a 15 % discount for a second week
stay. Except for July and August. From 1 May until 15 September min. stay
is 1 week.
Breakfast can possibly be
arranged if asked in advance. The price of a breakfast per person is 4 Euros
for small breakfast or 9 Euros for big gourmet Slovenian breakfast (min. 2
persons).
Volcano
Ash Cancellation Policy: If
it would happen, that you would not be able to come because of the volcano
ash reason, you will not lose your money, but you will be able to come at
another time within 12 months.

Meals:
There are very inexpensive and very good restaurants in the village and nearby.
You can have a wonderful 2 course lunch from 5 Euros. Dinners from 8 Euros.
You will not have a wish to cook for yourself. Delicious sadwiches can be
prepared for you by the local supermarket. You can buy wine and fruit directly
from the local farmers. Villa Flora garden is a perfect place for a picnic.
Booking Information
Notes:
Included
in the price: bed-linen, pillows, bath towels, electricity &
water, the apartment is cleaned by our staff, weekly. You are expected to
look after it on a daily basis.
Not included:
Rental period is from Saturday 15:00 - Saturday 10:00. Arrival between 15.00
and 20.00 - the exact time to be mutually agreed 7 days before arrival. Any
arrival after 20.00 may be arranged at a surcharge of 50 Euros. Latest possible
departure time is 10:00 Saturday morning.
Once availability has been confirmed, the booking will be guaranteed upon
receipt of an e-mail contract from you and initial deposit of 30% of the hire
cost. For bookings less than 60 days before arrival date the entire hire cost
is due.
Cancellation Policy
8 weeks before the arrival, deposit + 20%
6 weeks before the arrival, deposit + 40%
4 weeks before the arrival, deposit + 60%
2 weeks before the arrival, deposit + 80%
1 week before the arrival, deposit + 100%
Please note that Villa Flora
is a 2 STAR accommodation.
You can RENT-A-BIKE at Villa Flora for as
low as from 15 Euros per day.

Your
host is growing an organic garden with vegetables and fruits. Some (according
to the season and availability) will be served to you for your breakfasts. And
if you will have a wish to volunteer and do some gardening yourself, your host
will be glad to give you garden tools, gloves and tips.
Villa
Flora is also NATURE FRIENDLY. We only use ECO
cleaning detergents to clean Villa Flora.
and we are very concerned with ecology and the
environment on a global scale as well as here on our Villa Flora property where
we take every precaution possible to protect the land and everything that lives
on it. We recycle garbage, cultivate organically, and take great care not to
waste resources such as water, electricity, etc.
