is growing an organic garden with vegetables and fruits.
Some
(according to the season and availability) will be served to you for your breakfasts.
And
if you will have a wish to volunteer and do some gardening yourself,
Tjaša
will be glad to give you garden tools, gloves and tips.

Tjaša
was growing her first organic garden at the age of 7.
Today
they are about 20 different vegetables, fruits and herbs growing in the garden.
Cherries,
wild cherries, grapes, figues, lemons, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, zucchinis............
Tjaša
also makes her own nettle slurry, a natural pesticide, fungicide and insecticide
using her grand mother's receipe.
Seeds
for 2008 garden will come as well from Association Kokopelli,
the French organization
that
is fighting to preserve biodiversity on this world. They have over 1200 types
of the ancient seeds!
