(one double room, two single rooms and one dinning room with kitchen sink,

THAT SLEEPS 7- 8 persons in
4 bedrooms (one
double room, one triple room with private bath, two single rooms and one dinning
room with kitchen sink, microwave, 2
bathrooms in total,

- AN APARTMENT
THAT SLEEPS 11 – 12 persons in
6 bedrooms (three
double rooms, one triple room with private bath, two single rooms and one
dinning room with kitchen sink, microwave, 3
bathrooms in total,
use of the garden, balcony). 1590 Euros per week.
Breakfast can possibly be arranged
if asked in advance. The price of a breakfast per person is 7.50 Euros.

Villa
Flora is first of all an Artist's Residency. But it is also opened to
non-artists as a Bed & Breakfast or rent a flat.

lodging experience.

Minimum stay is
2 nights. For stays shorter than 2 nights there is + 10% extra.

your e-mail)
Long
weekend tariff: Thursday, Friday,
Saturday, Sunday you get a bike one day for
free.
One
week stays have 5% discount + a bike per
person for one day for free.
Two
week stays have 10% discount + a bike per
person for three days for free.
HIGH
SEASON:

high season from 15 June - 7 September is no extra
charge.

HEATING extras
for stays from 15 October until 15 April is 3 Euros per room per day.
Tourist tax (tt) is 1 Euro per person per day. Children from 7 until 18
years of age pay 50 Cents. For children under 7 years
of age tourist tax is free.
IMPORTANT: once
you are in Branik, do not go to the establishment
without calling in advance since there is no 24 hour reception. No phone call
or e-mail, no check in.
Check in after
midnight, 15 E fee.

Organic Garden more photos
Tjasa is growing an organic garden
with vegetables and fruits. Some (according to the season and availability)
will be served to you for your breakfasts. And if you will have a wish to
volunteer and do some gardening yourself, Tjasa will be glad to give you garden
tools, gloves and tips.
Villa
Flora is also NATURE FRIENDLY. We only use ECO
cleaning detergents to clean Villa Flora.

and the environment on a global scale as well as here on our Villa Flora
property where we take every precaution possible to protect the land and everything
that lives on it. We recycle garbage, cultivate organically, and take great
care not to waste resources such as water, electricity, etc.
