VILLA APARTMENT RENTALS
- A WING OF THE VILLA. SLEEPS 2 - 4
persons (in 1 or 2 double
rooms, one big bathroom, corridor, balcony, use of the garden, all rooms are
situated on the first floor). 250 - 590 Euros per week.
- AN
APARTMENT THAT SLEEPS 6 - 7 persons in
4 bedrooms (one double room, one
triple room with private bath, two single rooms and one dinning room with
kitchen sink, microwave, 2 bathrooms in total, use of the garden, all rooms are
situated on the ground floor). 495 - 790 Euros per week.
- AN
APARTMENT THAT SLEEPS 10 – 12 persons in 6 bedrooms (three double rooms,
one triple room with private bath, two single rooms and one dinning room with
kitchen sink, microwave, 3 bathrooms in total, use of the garden, balcony,
rooms are situated on the ground and first floor). 890 - 1290 Euros per week.
Breakfast can possibly be arranged if asked in
advance. The price of a breakfast per person is 5 Euros for small breakfast or
9 Euros for big breakfast (min. 2 persons).

Flora is first of all an Artist's Residency. But it is also opened to
non-artists as a Bed & Breakfast or rent a flat.

- a single room with private bath is 45 Euros per night +tt
- a single room with shared bath is 35 Euros per night +tt
- a tripple room with private bath is 70 - 80
Euros per night +tt (according to the size of the
room)
Minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays
shorter than 3 nights there is + 10% extra.
Breakfast
can possibly be arranged if asked in advance. The price of a breakfast per
person is 4 Euros for small breakfast or 9 Euros for big gourmet Slovenian
breakfast (min. 2 persons).

breakfast is 5 Euros per person extra. (you
need to ask-order it in advance in your e-mail)
Tourist tax (tt)
is 1 Euro per person per day. Children from 7 until 18 years of age pay 50
Cents. For children under 7 years of age tourist tax
is free.
HIGH SEASON:
- high season from 15 June - 7 September is no extra charge.

HEATING extras for stays from 15
October until 15 April is 3 Euros per room per day.
IMPORTANT: once you are in Branik, do not go to the establishment without calling in
advance since there is no 24 hour reception. No phone call or e-mail, no check
in.
Check in after midnight, 15 E fee.
Volcano Ash Cancellation Policy: If it would happen, that you would not be able to come because of the volcano
ash reason, you will not lose your money, but you will be able to come at
another time within 12 months.
Please note, that we only accept guests
who are healthy. That means you are not on any medication. We had some unpleasant
experience with guests (all Americans) who were in state of poor mental health
specially due to anti-depressants or other brain rewiring drugs, or being on
numerous medications at the same time (one guest was on 15 different medicines
at the same time, for going to 4 different doctors! He got totally overdosed.
He became a Zombie. He couldn’t walk strait anymore, was brought to us by
the police one day after he was found in a ditch). Or having dementia problems
unable to control bodily functions and doing other childish things like locking
a person into a room – taking liberties away and this way committing a
crime! We had to deal with the police later…. It was very hard time for
us and we even got rude notes on the internet after having difficult time with
these guests. If you are in such a state, you can not go around ALONE! So, we
stay very firm on the fact that we only accept healthy individuals and there is
no refund if we get in one of these troubles with one of our guests
again. No Zombies, please!

FRIENDLY. We only use ECO cleaning detergents to clean Villa
Flora.
