ROOMS and RATES
- a double room with private bath and gourmet breakfast is 60 - 65 - 70 Euros per night +tt (according to the size of the room)
- a double room with shared bath and gourmet breakfast is 45 - 50 - 55 Euros per night +tt (according to the size of the room)
- third bed in the room (child under age of 12 is 14 Euros, adult 20 Euros)
- a single room with private bath and gourmet breakfast is 45 Euros per night +tt
- a single room with shared bath and gourmet breakfast is 39 Euros per night +tt
- a tripple room with private bath and gourmet breakfast is 85 - 90 Euros per night +tt (according to the size of the room)
- for stays shorter than 3 nights it is + 10% extra.
- organic (bio) breakfast is 5 Euros per person extra. (you need to ask-order it in advance in your e-mail)
Long weekend tariff: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday you get a bike one day for free.
One week stays have 5% discount + a bike per person for one day for free.
Two week stays have 10% discount + a bike per person for three days for free.
HIGH SEASON:
- high season from 15 June - 7 September is no extra charge.
including the week of Kvaternica Branik's Local Feast and Sveti Martin Village Feast 28 August - 5 September.
HEATING extras for stays from 11 October until 15 April is 3 Euros per room per day.
Tourist tax (tt) is 1 Euro per person per day. Children from 7 until 18 years of age pay 50 Cents. For children under 7 years of age tourist tax is free.
IMPORTANT: once you are in Branik, do not go to the establishment without calling in advance since there is no 24 hour reception. No phone call or e-mail, no check in.
Check in after midnight, 15 E fee.

Tjasa is growing an organic garden with vegetables and fruits.
Some (according to the season and availability) will be served to you for
your breakfasts. And if you will have a wish to volunteer and do some gardening
yourself, Tjasa will be glad to give you garden tools, gloves and tips.
and we are very concerned with ecology and the environment on a global scale as well as here on our Villa Flora property where we take every precaution possible to protect the land and everything that lives on it. We recycle garbage, cultivate organically, and take great care not to waste resources such as water, electricity, etc.
Your host Tjasa Iris is a Slovenian painter.

For this reason we do recommend you to rent a car. Car rental: BPS Rent a car www.bps-rentacar.si, tel. 041 341 226, has small cars (as Matiz, Punto) from 15 Euros per day!! cheaper than the bus! Contact them directly. And they deliver you a car to Villa Flora as well as to Sezana or Nova Gorica bus/train stations. But, please remember to book it in advance!
