Women We Create France 2025 Edition is currently scheduled to begin on October 25, 2025 with arrivals in Paris and end November 5, 2025 departing from Mougins. It runs 12 days and 11 nights between the two places, and the trip is currently scheduled to transit from Paris to the French Riviera on October 31.

Full pricing information is available upon request. A 33% deposit is required to hold your place, and two subsequent payments of the same will be required at least every 60 days until paid in full, though this window of payments may change as the travel dates approach. Your individual payment terms can be managed in collaboration with Art W staff.

For those wishing to pay with a credit card, we are happy to accept your payment plus a 3.5% processing fee which covers our payment processor expenses for such transactions. Art W also accepts bank draft/ACH payments via secure payment processor for no fee, or checks submitted to Art W in care of Medina & Company, 55 Mitchell Blvd., Suite 16, San Rafael, CA 94903.

The price includes 6 nights of accommodation at Hotel Lutetia in Paris with a Grand Superior Room; 5 nights of accommodation at Le Mas Candille in Mougins with a Superior Room; breakfast daily at the hotels; and at least one additional substantial meal per day. The price also includes economy air transport from Paris to Nice, all transports to daily activities following arrival to Hotel Lutetia and up until departure from Le Mas Candille. All daily activities are also included in the price, including any performances, gratuities, admission fees, tastings, etc.; as well as honoree grants that are provided to Women We Create France Honorees that are visited by the Women We Create guests.

International round-trip airfare; transports to and from arrival and departure hotels; recommended travel insurance; activities not included in the final trip itinerary; hotel incidentals including room service, laundry service and hotel bar tabs; food and beverage not included in itinerary; art or merchandise you may wish to acquire.

We limit the group to those of our own invitation, plus a few Women We Create and Art W staff members. The group will include no more than approximately a dozen or so fellow travelers. We carefully select our invitations so as to create the most positive and open group dynamic possible without invading the individuality of our guests. Women We Create and Art W seek to maximize the experience of our small setting–including solo travelers, couples and friends traveling together. Our experiences are about being fun and inclusive. This trip is only for those aged 18 and above, by invitation of the organization. We welcome your nominations but require screening all prospects carefully to ensure the comfort and pleasure of our entire group.

Deposits received in the month of March are fully refundable should you change your mind, provided such cancellations are received in writing prior to April 10, 2025. After that, you may cancel up to 180 days prior to the scheduled departure date and receive a full refund minus a $1,000 service fee. Between 180 and 90 days prior to departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee on the cost of the trip. Within 60 days or less of departure,  there is a 100% cancellation fee.
